Target Score Ending

This season, The League will introduce a target score ending and here's how it will work:

• The first time the game clock is stopped with 4:00 minutes or less remaining in the 4th quarter, timed play ends.
• A target score is then set: → Leading team’s score + 9 points‍
  Example: If the score is 77–71 at the stoppage, the target score becomes 86.
• If the first stoppage under 4:00 is due to a foul, any free throws will be taken first, and then the target score is set based on the updated score.
• The shot clock will continue to operate normally during the untimed portion of play.
• Each team is allowed a maximum of two (2) time-outs during this final, untimed phase.
• The first team to reach the target score wins the game.
