Where: Humber College North Campus
The purpose of this league is to further grow the game we love. There needs to be more opportunities for women to showcase their skills in their own country and receive compensation while doing it.

This 5-week summer league provides home-grown athletes an exclusive opportunity to represent their communities and further their careers as professional basketball players. It provides fans with edge-of-your-seat excitement through a high caliber basketball experience in a family friendly environment.

FOUNDING SPONSOR STORY
As the stars aligned, Meghan Yuri Young and Keesa decided to work together as a unit to push the women's game further while honoring Meghan’s dad's legacy. After Young passed away in 2021, his daughter, Meghan Yuri Young, found a meaningful way for his legacy to live on by donating his estate, a $20,000 fund called the William Young Growth Fund, to support HOOPQUEENS. It was an act of giving that Young says meant the world to her.
